MSUvote is a non-partisan campus committee whose mission it is to increase the number of registered student voters, to inform and educate students on candidates and issues, and to bolster student participation on Election Day.

The Role of Higher Education in Civil Discourse

Join Michigan State University President Kevin M. Guskiewicz on March 17, 2026, at the Wharton Center for Performing Arts for the inaugural Presidential Speaker Series, featuring a conversation with national leaders in education and public service. Together, they will explore how universities can help strengthen democracy by modeling respect, dialogue, and understanding across differences.

This free event is open to the MSU campus community and general public, and space is limited.

MSU Recognized for Campus Voter Engagement Efforts

Michigan State University received a 2025 Circle of Excellence Award from the Council for Advancement and Support of Education for its promotion of campus voter turnout in the 2024 election, such as at the Early Voting Center (pictured right).
